All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Delivery Times
If you order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock, we will dispatch the same day. If you order after 2.30 we will still try to dispatched that day but if this is not possible we will dispatch the following day. Items ordered after 2.30pm Friday or over a week-end will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday will be delivered the following week. Items ordered over a Bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Goods will be dispatched within 2-7 working days. If dispatch is going to be longer than 7 working days we will contact you with a revised date, and you can either accept or cancel the order, as you wish. All cancelled goods will be refunded in full to the card you ordered with, we cannot transfer funds to any other card. We will advise by email or by phone of a likely delivery date for any items we need to order from our suppliers.

Standard Delivery by Royal Mail: Free
1st Class Delivery by Royal Mail: £4.50
Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail: £10.00
Overseas Delivery
All orders outwith the UK will be liable to additional Postage Charges. All postage charges are determined by volumetric weight, destination and speed of delivery required. We will agree shipping costs with all customers before orders are finalised.
Returns
Returns will be accepted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In the event that you need to return goods, please complete our returns document.
